Instruction to add new traits and variables to an existing crop ontology

If you have over 5 traits and variables to submit

• Download the Trait Dictionary of your selected crop using the button  on the homepage
• Add your traits and variables in the TD after the existing ones and following the Guidelines v 2.0.
• send the file to helpdesk@cropontology-curationtool.org

If you want to submit a limited list of trais and variables or a suggestion for modification

• Use the online Term request form 
• Note: for Roots, Tubers & Bananas, you can also use the RTB Term request form proposed by Breedbase - requests will be posted in the same Github repository.
