If you have a list of traits that you want to annotate with the CO IDs, use either Zooma tool from EBI Ontology Look Up Service or Annotator from Agroportal. In both, you can restrict your term search to a specific ontology (e.g. Cowpea Ontology).
- In Zooma you will obtain a result table that can be downloded as TSV file.
- In Annotator, you can download the result file as JSON or RDF
